License Fees

The annual license fee for Licensed Spiritual Healer issued by the Alliance of Christian Healers License Board is $65 for the first year and $55 per year thereafter payable as follows:

1. You may include your check or money order with your application and mail them to the address given below; or
   
   
2. you may pay your initial license fee of $65.00 US or your renewal license fee of $55.00 US by credit card using Pay Pal.
